And thanks to the moderators for cleaning things up. I have no illusion that none of these altcoins that pop up by the minute would be scams, and I dont really care which specific ones arent. Isnt there some altcointalk site somewhere where ICOs would be more on topic and less likely to be deleted as spam?

The Cryptocurrency and ICO market has only just begun, and there are few communities where people from many countries can participate.
It is only bitcointalk that each country has its own community and that community can have a relationship with each other.
