With 1080s, I would recommend ETH, and I personally use Nanopool.

On AM are you profit switching? Or single mining an Algo?

What is your hashrates?

ETH is the worst coin to mine with 1080's. Mining LUX is almost twice as profitable.

Mining ZEC is also more profitable than mining ETH with a 1080.
