1.) Big pool of tokens
2.) Aims for a not too big hardcap
3.) Well-known Bounty Manager
4.) Good project that many people will invest

I've seen this type of ICO that has a big hard cap before but was changed to a lower which means they are not for the higher cap that is making the developers greedy enough just to reach that cap. And now they are starting the ICO again with a lower soft and hard cap with plenty of well known people who are working with the project and with trustworthy advisers. I'm talking about VLB here and they also have the use for their token once its ready.
