DO NOT BUY ICO NOW... it is a bad investment 99% lose value after being listed. Better you wait and buy after it is listed if you like the project.

The right advice. The condition of bitcoin and altcoin is unstable and there is also a lot of bad news going on. What you have said does happen on some ICO projects lately. Buy at a high price during ICO but when token is listed on the exchange, the price of the token is below the ICO price. Pathetic.
