Of course it is not the way to invest because every investment has some rules people use to invest to get profit not to leave the ground and gave up, rise and fall is the nature of investment if you will hold it for the long time it will be profitable investment but buying at high and selling low is open lose, try to save bitcoin and get profit out of it instead of selling at low, panic selling will cause highly problematic situation for you, so be careful and buy low to sell it high, but your first priority should be saving and holding for better future.
