I think this is a new modern tactic that projects conduct bounties use the bounty hunters work and after that they pause it... with no ETA and at the end most people won't get anything, quite irritating lately to see such tendency. What a shame that no escrows anymore, and I just didn't understand on what point people accepted the fact that any project can do ICO without any guarantees that obligations and promises will be done in time.

you probably do not quite understand the situation with this project, they stopped not only bounty but also the ICO
