When this topic was started, it was a special thing when ICO's got below ico value, but from my last 20 ico's it was more than 50% of them which did that. Normal thing since not all coins do have the same way on where their prices would go.There would be some coins mooning and some would dump out which is way lesser into their Ico price or even lower into their pre-sale value which I'm not really surprised on seeing out new coins which is to be listed into new exchanges having a lesser price.This is why when we do see opportunity on percentage profits then its wise to take out profits as soon as possible before other investors would able to do so.
