三天前收到Coinbase的邮件通知说是更新用户协议。
具体原因是Coinbase取得了英国Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)的牌照，估计大家很多都知道了但还是说一下吧。而且这个牌照在欧盟23国同样适用，用处就是，以后Coinbase在欧洲能出支付系统而且像Paypal一样好用。这个绝对是好消息！
