It is not new. That is more like creating a pump and dump group and normally, whoever is calling the shot is always the one enjoying the benefits. I am not sure anyone will be ready to go that road with you, unless you are just some group of whales with some huge amount of money or holding to play with the market, and if you have good knowledge of trading to play with how traders do their thing, then you should end up having a good win.

Whales have an influential behavior in this field. Like you have said, creating pumps and dumps isnt difficult unlit you are a man with hundreds and thousands of dollars invested in bitcoins. You may be assumed to have some impact on bitcoins world, their increasing and decreasing in prices. Join some groups where everyone is whale and you ultimately would have a better impact on price charts.
