You could have shown that already by being active. You didn't post anything at all for more than two weeks before you opened this thread. Not only should a campaign manager be trusted, he should also be involved in the community.

Yes, he/she is not always active, profile age was 22yrs and account was created last year. No one will believe you, as LTU_btc said we already have enough campaign manager and we can't all be leader. But, I will advice you to start with social campaign manager with the use of trusted escrow as a start.
