Please try to open the e-mail with the confirmation link of the 2fa in another browser or other device!
I already had the problem. In mobile google chrome, it went. Or put link directly in the browser!
I hope it works.

Unfortunetly it does not work, i tried this before in google chrome and mozilla, also to copy and paste the link in the browser.
