Thank you for your reply. I have already checked my email many times for this message to click the link and never received it. I do not know why I have not received the email to confirm my withdrawal. When you say ''post office'' you are referring to my email address? My email is correct because I receive confirmations when I log in. I do not receive email for withdrawal.
