We are cheap because we use our own funds.
We currently have a huge amount of funds available and since we are new in the space we have to be competitive to attract customers

Furthermore we make much less if the funds simply sit in the bank.

We have been lending here in Australia for the last 6 years against gold and silver bullion through our other company. We own a local exchange that does Bullion and cryptos. Now due to demand we started lending to our clients using their crypto.
