If there are any problems with the wallet, you may to do the following:
Open Help > Debug window > Console and type "repairwallet". Restart the wallet.
If it did't help, then do the following:
1. Start the wallet with -rescan option (possibly not necessary).
2. Make repairwallet again.
2. In the Options > Display > Enable "Display coin control features"
3. Go to Receive and create new address.
4. Go to Send and you'll see there Coin control features.
5. Click Inputs and mark all inputs with non-zero balance.
6. Send all to your new address from 3(or any other).
If it did't help, then start the wallet with -salvagewallet option
