in my opinion, this is a very correct decision in the light of the latest news from the SEC. The sooner will be complied with all the formalities, the calmer will be to investors. But many projects do not even tolerate ICO, what do they hope? that the SEC can't see them?

I think SEC is a part of it, but I also think it is to give some time for the Stratis devs to land a compatible wallet.
