They have locations around the world and have well known escrow services. I suggest you do some research on it before you go into business with us. If you're interested we can also have you come into our office or can meet you in yours to handle it that way. However, it's much easier to work with an escrow service as it requires no travelling. Please take your time researching that escrow service. It's best to move safely than quickly.

*edit* Just realized you were not the buyer asking the question. Feel free to check out that link as well. They are among the most used escrow service with miners and large private sellers.
