To answer your question i will ask u a simple question?
hope you have probably heard about Goldman Sachs and Coca Cola. Both are multi-billion dollars largest corporates in the world, however their employee strength is 1:1000 appx and also their payscale. In simple terms, their work/product/target/revenue model is different.

We have Intellectuals who work as Investment Managers and we r not a technology startup who need regular developers.
We hired developers to create secured Coins and their work is complete. similarly we will be integrating the Blockchain technology to our Financial Software backend in near future but their no need of them on payrolls.

Finally, in last 12 months, i can give you plenty of ICO SCAMS where they had many many good looking developers,best graphical websites, good marketing teams etc etc and investors lost valuable money, but no one had a good promoter and intentions.
