Hi,

Deposit is instant  - no confirmations needed.
Withdraw - we have a minimum withdraw amounts, and the withdraw we try to make them instant
(because the site is new, we still moderate the withdraws manually - to ensure all users coins are safe).

Instant withdraw is the way to go in the future! I personally think its a big deal , because its a pain  to wait ...
Like i said bigger amount is understandable!
