I think very few people seriously looking for exactly rocket. First of all, investors are oriented to security - so that their investments do not cause a loss.
In my understanding, these aren't investors at all. With such an investment strategy, the best recommendation is to get out of crypto-currencies in fiat-currencies and put money in a Swiss bank.
You are more experienced market participant than I am, but I see that usually "rockets" are promised by weak or fraudulent projects, while real ones give more reserved promises.
