In bounty campaigns you usually just make tweets or retweets about the project, which has nothing to do with advertising tokensale. If anything, only paid ads will be banned. They can't ban tweeting, it's ridiculous.

I totally agree with you @sud. Twitter policies are not about the tweets or retweets, but they can ban some cryptocurrency ICO, token sales, etc... advertisements.
