Yeah, everyone is born with their own pros and cons and there is no one who has the perfection as an asset or a trait. As far as working smart is concerned, it is the demand of present world where everything happens in the matter of seconds and you dont have often enough time to handle situations. For that, you need to smart and quick. Hard working teaches you smartness as well.
