If they don't want to do this, or feel something like don't have time to read those ones (maybe due to have to spend most of their time to spam the forum with their shits, to beg for merits, to get money from campaigns, and so on.); I highly recommend they should leave the forum and find other ones that don't have strict ranking requirements like merit system.

It seems like the best course of action is to follow tman's guide, as you linked. We would all be in a happier place if newcomers just followed the advice given in these threads
