1. Sarcasm doesn't travel well over the internet.
2. It would be unreasonable to expect everyone to read full threads before responding... some of the threads here can be 50+ pages long. I usually read the OP, the first few posts, and the last 2 posts or so. That is usually enough to get an idea of a thread enough to respond.
