Because that's give more leads. Also, focusing on specific users, we will get more profit than if we are sprayed onto a bunch of small ones. this is what I see as a strategy in the alicoin now. perhaps we will be provided with bounties, but how much I observe and participate in this, they are not as useful as they could be.
It can give more opportunities, and it cannot, all depends on circumstances. There are many users who haven't too much money (if counted for a single one), but there is a rich man who can be attracted by the project and invest much money in it, like really much. It works for the cryptomarket, and for every other market. For example, Wikipedia being a nonprofit project, gains big invests from businessmen who can invest, let us say, $500K at a time. I don't understand why you call bounties useless, because they really help projects to collect money for further work. They might not reach the goal of a money that was established by devs, but they can attract new users to participate and invest so they are a good instrument.

I'm talking only about those bounties that require minimal entry. Like 100 subscribers on Twitter. Because will participate those people whose audience is interested in crypto business. I do not think that some kind of beauty guru will suddenly want to draw attention to this. That's why this kind of bounty is good, but the other is not. Because one person with 30,000 subscribers will attract more than these 30,000 with an audience of 100.
It's harder to find these people so you might not expect many of them in your bounty. Most of users are still with a hundred followers, and you can't do anything with it.
