I don't understand why you call bounties useless, because they really help projects to collect money for further work. They might not reach the goal of a money that was established by devs, but they can attract new users to participate and invest so they are a good instrument.
I'm talking only about those bounties that require minimal entry. Like 100 subscribers on Twitter. Because will participate those people whose audience is interested in crypto business. I do not think that some kind of beauty guru will suddenly want to draw attention to this. That's why this kind of bounty is good, but the other is not.
