I think all you need to do is that if you think that the altcoin You are holding has the potential to increase then you must have patience to wait but if that altcoin go up then grab that opportunity to sell your altcoins. And when bitcoin is really low then wait until it goes up again because bitcoin is really unpredictable and you didn't know when to increase.

All coins that are low is not guaranteed to make you the money that you want. Invest in coins that have a lot of people in it and invest when the price low.
