He is stupid enough to invest it in an all-time high where anything could possibly go wrong in any turn of event. Volatility of Bitcoin is there when it reached such amount and a sudden drop would basically hurt. Now that the problem is there, it is better to keep that investment on hold and wait for another rise.

I agree. He acted like a typical beginner. Therefore, either his funds will be frozen in anticipation of or fix a loss. I would have waited in his place)
