Oh, sorry! Didn't know you were an authority on howey test. So you work for the SEC? Last I checked, Primalbase doesn't offer any guarantees other than what the token can be used for. They also don't advertise b.s. just to inflate price like many scam ICOs do. The company has been quietly working its tail off to open the offices for our customers. What is the illusion?
