Contrary to popular belief, spamming a support email will likely annoy whoever might try to help you and persuade them to place their attention elsewhere. Be patient like everyone else. Ethan is running basically a one man show between programming new stuff for the site, maintaining what we have and ensuring everything with the ETH launch is running smoothly, and handling support requests.

Most support requests are handled within 24 hours, as long as you provide any pertinent information, unless Ethan is out of town (which he's not at the moment).

EDIT: However, I will forward your query to Ethan to make sure he sees it when he wakes up (~6-10 hours from now).
