That's not true unless you are willing to make the source code open or let aome trusted member review your code. If not, you can still make the program to do anything that you want, so what you just said cannot be true. Im concerned that such a precompiled binary might have a RAT (Remote Administration Trojan) or steal bitcoin or login details.
This just seems extremely fishy to me as well, and i'd stay away from this. You have been warned.
