As we know, ETH is mostly used to join in ICO projects. Since there are so many ICO scams and regulations, the ICO market is suffering from bad performance, and both ICO projects and ETH holders are selling their ETH.

Whether the many of ICO scam will affect to the ethereum? as I know now all the market is decreasing and do not know how long this will happen.
