use "atiflash -pa -fa -fm -fs -fp bios name" flash all AMD Card(1-9 and 10+ support)
like:
atiflash -pa -fa -fm -fs -fp asus588.rom

How is this going to discover more than 10 gpu?

-fa Force flashing bypassing already-programmed check.
-fm Force flashing bypassing BIOS memory config check.
-fs Force flashing bypassing BIOS SSID check.
-fp Force flashing bypassing BIOS P/N check.

Those forced commands are just bypassing safety checks. Don't use them unless you are completely sure that you know what you're doing.
The only necessary argument is -pa which flashes all cards with the selected bios.
