That is getting around the merit system by asking a friend to give you merits. Your lucky cause you got friend with s-merits. You can't brag you ranked up, you ranked up because a friend donated some merits.

Correct sir, The real on getting ranked up is getting merits from someone you don't really know and that means you did post high quality information that will help all of us not just yourself by doing so you should get merit from it. Getting a merit from a friend is not bad though but you didn't work hard and do your best to obtain it because he is your friend. The main point i'm trying to implement is getting merit from someone you haven't met or know yet is the best for making the community of crypto world best platform there is.
