Just like you I almost addicted in gambling but then I ask an assist from my family. Playing gambling is not bad at all the only problem is us if we getting up addicted upon it. You better to leave this old manner before it's too late because it wil only destroy your life and your family also. To get rid of it just do healthy activities like sports.

Gambling is a recreational and entertainment game and because of the money that we bet every round then the game becomes more excitement and thrilling, that is why people is hard to leave because in the long run it will ends on addiction if it is done abusively, so the best thing to do is to slowly leave the habit by focusing other profitable things and what matters most is to have self discipline to not tempted to abuse gambling again.
