As i understand, "highly likely" they have been traded already? If it is so how can someone roll it back?

If they have already been sold, then the price should have fallen dramatically, but it's vice versa by 10% for today has grown, something does not fit in here.

Just look up my addresses above, you'll notice the hacker is not a total idiot and didn't move all the coins yet
