So as a US share holder, do I move my shares over to user AMC-TENDER?
Also I don't know what Ken means by "sign" when he says, "to sign the Bitcoin address in their Bitfunder account at a later date."

You have to have full ownership of the BTC address, so coinbase will not do. I suggest you google "signing messages using my btc address" or something similar.
