Indeed that's a perfect example of why the default binary was substandard in that regard. If you have that much heat as a problem, check they didn't mistakenly leave a bit of plastic between the device and the cooler... that's happened to someone on this thread.

I have to mess with the chips to get them that high. I unplug the board, press on the copper of the heat sink and plug it back in while the Jupi is running. For some reason when it comes back online the voltage drops, but the Output Current goes up AND die that were off are online now, but at the same time the temp goes to 73-84c. I've already taken apart the hottest board/heat sink and re-applied my own paste, but that didn't help.
