I noticed this today ... Kinda strange, not sure what's up with it. Thread 4 and 5 are slightly lower, because that's the card with the dummy hdmi in it, but thread 12 is way lower than normal. I guess you have 12 GPUs (0-11 thread) and the thread 12 is your CPU...

That's what's going on. Actually 6 gpu's. Vega's are two threads per gpu. That twelve thread is the cpu though.
