They're not the same SP's. Efficiency for mining for the 6xxx series is a bit lower IIRC.

Even with the 3% bonus and such, a 900MHz (over 800MHz) 6670 won't push much past 110mhash/s

Well mines getting 119mhash/s as we speak on 875mhz. Going to try another bios to see if I can get 900mhz stable so I can get the 127mhash/s with out vpu error.

My 5670 (been doing BOINC Collatz and DNETC at 1000/300 for more than a year before I switched it to bitcoin mining) is at 975 core/300 mem, if you can get that 6670 above 950 stable, Im sure you can get past 125MH/s.
