I think it's paying less amount of money from the site conventional advertising that has the audience random compared to looking for participants to join the program your gifts that have a target or a wide audience, which will help you get more potential buyers or investors on the program that you're advertising.
Until there is money that can be made using this kind of promotion, the bounty program is part of a much cheaper and widespread business promotion depending on the participants
