On the 8. October I withdrawal 400 Euro from my Mt. Gox account. They arrived on the 11. October on my bank account.

Makes sense. There's some kind of threshold for withdrawal size (which is rumored to be 400EUR) and they supposedly use the transactions below the threshold to fill their daily quota. So, small transactions may be processed almost immediately, but for example my 700EUR withdrawal took almost 6 weeks to arrive.
