It's actually pretty easy to quit gambling in a day. You have to set a target in a day, about how much money you want to spend. You can not spend more than that in a day. Whatever happens, even if you win or lose, you still have to stop as soon as your target or limit is reached. Just like hobbies and food, you can not spend all your money on hobbies and food. You're going to save money and set aside your money to do other things like investing and saving money. Savings and salary is a mandatory and must be sustainable.

Absolutely right! Gambling is really not that bad when we know how to limit ourselves from betting. Well, not just in gambling but in everything we do daily. Matured and a responsible adult should know that.

It is because they did not set limitations on how much their going to gamble. I also gamble myself but before i leave the house to go to a casino. The monet that goes with me are already divided for how much i will spent for gambling, for food and for fare. So far it works for me and luckily i always went home with extra.
