Now I do not like the ICO because I have relied on it several times. The escrows and admins of my bounty campaign in previous do not care much about us, they did not think that we had worked for a few weeks for the project but until now the payment has not yet release, not just once but more. I think it's better for a bitcoin signature campaign than the bounty because most of it is legit and the manager are always active for the people under his campaign.
