I think it's better for a bitcoin signature campaign than the bounty because most of it is legit and the manager are always active for the people under his campaign.

It's in terms of bounty not in investing, well that's the risk on being bounty hunter, that's why it is helpful to have some manager that we know were trusted and does approach and pay the community who keeps contacting the dev just to update us for our payment.
