Even if that was the case and the whales were able to get people to invest in a coin that was going to disappear, people need to be a lot more responsible with their money if a coin has been exposed as a scam then do your best to avoid such coins as a matter of principle and you will never lose your money in that way, do your best to only invest in projects that seems legitimate.

Was surprised to see the pump too and the market falling for it.
The pursuit for more gains shouldn't override common sense. The asset has been declared fraudulent, the founders will be prosecuted - at the very least, we should wait for the outcome of the case first.
