Of course, but I'm not sure that the price will return to the historic maximum. I would like to hope that I am mistaken in my guesses, but for now it all boils down to this.

Sooner or later it will happen, you can not avoid inflation of fiat money.

I agree this can be observed even in connection with the current decline in the ruble/dollar rate today
