Thats odd because my x10 is 30% fan and is no louder than the ac in my room. Temps are 38c on the boards and 45c on the pi. I do also have it next to my ac which turns in occasionally

if you run fan at 70 % of course you will hear you x10. It's pretty noisy at that fan lvls.
