There are certain indicators to know something is wrong:

100% Free of Charge. Forever.
Nothing last forever, whoever claims it does is lying and also nothing comes for free.

Up to 1% profit per day.
This is unsustainable, whoever is offering this is lying.

Besides, if they can make up to 1% profit on daily base they wouldn't offer this to anyone.
Whenever you see crazy X.X% daily/monthly gains just stay away from it.

Exactly, it was just very unexpected and surprising to see that they actually paid out the requested amount. Anyhow, stay away from it!
