I've never been a member of any other forum with as much spam as Bitcointalk. I'd love to see a forum with only high quality posts, but I don't think it's realistic.

A minimum length doesn't make a post better. A strong "yes" or "no" could be a very good answer already.

Increasing the time between posts won't matter for spambots, but it's terrible for humans. What if someone posts a question in Bitcoin Technical Support, and he has to wait 2 hours to post again? Should he make an alt-account just to be able to post again?
