That's for the individual campaign. But the sentiment should be taken in the sense of the entire space of all campaigns. Post quality is inversely proportional to the number of enrolled accounts that an individual is posting on. Thus there is no way that they can sensibly create enough good-quality replies to justify the multiple-campaign alts.

And in fact if you look at their post history, you see so many garbage burst spamposts that are general/vague answers to giant megathreads. Not useful at all.
