Unfortunately we have some bad news as well. We are not yet registered with the SEC and we do not have the required infrastructure to track and report cryptocurrency holdings of American Residents and Citizens for tax purposes. Because of this we will have to bar American IP addresses from using the exchange for the time being. It could take as long as a year before we can allow US users to trade.

Nebula plans to host all sorts of promotions, airdrops, bounties, and contests. One idea we have is to have partnered projects provide us with an airdrop pool, everyone who is entered into this pool will receive an equal share. To enter the pool a user must trade ($500?) worth of your currency or our house tokens NESC/PIT on the exchange. We could have this pool scale/increase in size according to the number of entered users, with the current share prize always visible in our promotion section of the exchange. The distribution can happen when the pool reaches the maximum amount or the event expires.
